Anne-Marie, one of our students, writes about the detoxification (sauna) part of the programme:

"I have believed in the Narconon Sauna program from the moment I heard of this place. I had my doubts as usual about these rehabilitation centres, but on hearing the details and meeting Elaine I realised I was doing the right thing, not only for myself but for my children, my partner and others that care for me dearly. Coming into Narconon was the hardest part but I did it. At first I was extremely eager to start the actual sauna programme, but then after a week I decided there is no time for haste because all good things come to those who wait.

I feel like a new women, not only have I dedicated myself to the sauna program, but I have also enjoyed it immensely even through my times of the good and bad reaction of detoxification. I strongly believe in the sauna program and have no doubts that it is successful. I would recommend anyone to Narconon to be cleansed of all the toxins the body contains. I thank all the students and staff for their support; they have been very respectful and good to me. I am a new women now cleansed and respirited throughout, I am now ready to condition my mind and face the world as a new being. May everyone do as well as I have done and have the same success.
