Narconon Newsletter 09-09-2007Welcome to the Narconon newsletter. Paralleling Narconon expansion across the world, we've had a lot of expansion in the United Kingdom Hastings centre in the first half of 2007. We now have a newly remodelled annex, set off from the main Tudor manor, affording those withdrawing from drugs a serene area to begin their Narconon programme. Each private room in the annex is complete with lovely furnishings and each recovering addict has one-to-one care by our trained withdrawal specialists. The recent fire inspection was passed with an incredible grade of 100%. We'd be proud to take you on a tour so feel free to contact us on On average, the programme is taking between 5-7 months to complete and many graduates are deciding to stay on to help others. I knew that I had to get drugs or alcohol in order to feel even normal. I would spend all my time and energy figuring out how to get what I needed so I wouldn't have to suffer the withdrawal. I had tried numerous programmes before Narconon, but each time I would relapse. I started working at Narconon after I did my programme 10 years ago. I had been a long time cocaine, speed and alcohol addict. My programme only took about 4 months but I recovered and have never used again. It is such an amazing feeling to get up each morning and look forward to going to work because I feel like I am actually making a difference in the world and in individual's lives. Now that I am a staff member, I've made great friends along the way, had a lot of training and have certainty that I can make positive affects on others who are going through what I used to.
