Welcome to the Narconon newsletter.

The "New Life Detoxification (sauna) programme" is an integral part of the Narconon programme. Completion of this portion of the programme results in greatly reduced, or eliminated, cravings for drugs. Mental alertness and clarity of thinking improve; while drug-induced depression often vanishes.

Marina came to us from Russia to get help with her alcohol addiction and has just completed the sauna part of the programme. While doing the sauna she also did the "How to Use a Dictionary" course to help her with her with the rest of the programme.

Here is what she had to say upon completion of the sauna.

"After the sauna programme I feel really great. I feel that my mind and body are clean and clear. Right now I have a lot of natural energy, my sight is much better and I don't have depression like I used to have. My memory is also better, my eyes are brighter, my skin is clean. I am glad that I've done this programme. I feel like I am new born and ready to start my new life without drugs and drinking."

Here is what she had to say upon completion of the "How to Use a Dictionary" course.

"I've just finished "How to Use a Dictionary" which will help me with my spelling. Right now I know how to use a dictionary and I can do so easily. A dictionary can help me understand the English language words and the meaning of words. Words often have more than one meaning. In a dictionary I can find out how to say a word, how to spell a word and how to use a word. This book will be very useful to me while at Narconon and in the rest of my studies."
