Narconon Newsletter 17-10-2007Welcome to the Narconon Newsletter. Today I'd like to talk about the detoxification part of our programme. The New Life Detoxification (sauna) programme is an integral part of the overall Narconon programme. The main barrier to a successful rehabilitation is the craving for drugs or alcohol. The New Life Detoxification programme is used to reduce or eliminate these cravings. It uses a combination of exercise, induced sweating in a sauna and nutritional supplements to produce the following results:-
One of our students who has just completed the sauna programme had this to say about it. "I never realised that I could get so many gains from the sauna
programme. My body feels completely free from drugs and other toxins.
That is a great feeling indeed. My senses, such as touch, have improved.
I can taste and smell better. I feel energetic and positive in my
attitude towards life. Cravings to have drugs and alcohol don't exist
anymore as the past experiences of drug intake don't affect me anymore.
The poison is out of my system. I can be myself now and not someone else
like I was with drugs in my system." To speak to one of our counsellors please phone 0800 169 4803. Best Regards,
