Welcome to the Narconon Newsletter.

Book 6 of our life skills courses is the "Personal Values and Integrity Course". This course provides the data and exercises through which confronting past destructive actions; the student regains his personal integrity and accepts personal responsibility. Here is what one of our current students wrote upon completion of Book 6.

"Book 6 was a real eye-opener for me, again another extremely important part in the journey I have undertaken to discover who I really am.

I realise now just how much time I spent during my years of drinking and drug abuse, trying to justify my actions in an attempt to lessen my misdeeds and bad behaviour. There is a huge sense of relief having written down what I did wrong and in taking responsibility for my actions and behaviour. I feel a wonderful sense of clarity and relief having put all this down in black and white and being able to see it all for what it really was.

I had a tendency to see a lot of my bad behaviour as part of growing up and the fun aspect of my life. Whereas now I have a strong vision of how a person should behave in society, if they are truly going to feel free as a spirit within themselves.

The sense of relief also that I feel not being that person anymore is immense. The sections of my life that have changed doing this course are unbelievable, and the way in which certain qualities within myself are coming together is fantastic. Rather like a jigsaw, this book has brought a lot of my life into place since first starting the course.

I know that it has helped enormously to shape the sort of person that I know I can continue to be by applying this knowledge. To finally feel that I can truly accept myself for the person I am today and that others accept me openly like that is tremendous.

This was another massive win in my journey of discovery. Again, an enormous thanks to Matt, Helen, Steve and Dominique, a real guiding light on that journey."
