Today I'd like to talk about book 3 which is one of the books on the Life Skills part of the programme. This book is the learning improvement course. This is a short, but very powerful course that gives a person some new techniques on how to study more effectively towards the result of a real world ability to apply information learned to their lives. This information is needed in all subsequent courses to ensure the students get the full benefit of the programme and is extremely helpful in all areas of life. Here is what one student wrote upon completion of book 3.
"When I knew I had to start in the course room again after so long, I was scared. I never was any good at school. Book 3 has taught me how to study. It has given me confidence to continue with the course. I have never passed an exam in my life and thought I never would. I was scared about taking the exam but to my surprise, I passed! What a win! I am now ready to continue with the rest of the course knowing that even at my age, education is still possible."
